老年医学

老年医学 is the study of aging with a focus on older adults. Indiana State offers a 老年医学 证书 and 小. The Indiana State 老年医学 证书 and 小 are designed for professionals or students in any field who interact with older adults in a professional, 社区, or personal capacity. Required Courses provide knowledge, experiential learning, and reflection to enhance success in careers with older adults. Courses include topics such as: the aging process, health, quality of life, death, and dying.

All courses are offered online every fall and spring

Non-degree students

How to apply for the certificate

The non-degree application is for applicants who wish to take courses for credit—but do not intend to pursue an Indiana State University degree.

How to declare the minor or certificate

Any student pursuing an Indiana State University degree can minor in 老年医学 or complete a 老年医学 certificate.

 

All majors are welcome!

If you are interested in completing the 老年医学 minor or certificate, it will need to be added in degree works.
